Your life without a computer: what does it look like?

Welp, since I’m an IT person by trade, life without a computer would look a lot like unemployment! Which might not be the worst, all things considered… But a better question in 2023 might be, what would life be like without smartphones? They are essentially small computers, after all. That would be interesting. We as a society are so addicted to our little devices, that to remove them would be intensely traumatizing. Entire generations would be forced to actually interact with one another face-to-face. People would have to pay attention in meetings. Theatres would be dark in the seats again. Libraries would become necessary again, and we’d have to actually *remember* the things we read– since we couldn’t simply whip out a phone to check a fact. Church attenders might actually listen to the proceedings. We’d forget how to make a Selfie Face. And the biggest question: whatever would people do in the bathroom?
